By controlling the deformations of the rotor blade using smart materials induced strains, the geometry of the rotor blade can be changed, or by deflecting on-blade control surfaces, the aerodynamic loads can be modified.
So far, in the vast majority research on the use of smart material actuators for active blade deformation, the smart materials are limited to piezoelectric materials [2-3].

Preparation of HSLWAC with Activity Mineral Admixtures (1) Materials ①Cement: Portland cement.
Such action can increase the quantity of gelled materials and improve their qualities, so that strength of cement could be improved if suitable activity mineral admixtures are mixed.

But arch curve bending moment is smaller, and this gives full play to the mechanical properties of the materials[4].
Each cross section in bent structure must bear the load and weight itself, and variable cross-section can make full use of the materials in actual engineering.
Materials parameters are as follows
The side wall of tank has no obvious damaged, so the corresponding poles of truss structure can become much thinner or can increase the distance between the poles, which can reduce the modeling materials.

The specific surface area increased with the increasing of Cr metal concentration on SZ catalyst and the isotherm adsorption-desorption of N2 gas observed all the catalysts as mesoporous material.
Experimental Method Materials.
In this study, it is shown that all catalysts were in type IV isothermwhich according to IUPAC classification, indicating mesoporous material formation on catalysts.
Characteristic of mesoporous material was the hysteresis loop which indicated the capillary condensation.
