Photoacoustic spectroscopy enables characterization of electronic, optical and defect structures with the purpose of defining the electronic states and structural disorders of various materials.
However, the results obtained for zinc-stannate thin films though unusual have been observed for other materials, such as SnO2 [21] where the mobility for electrons was determined µn=200-300 cm2/Vs and the mobility for holes µp=300 cm2/Vs.
Minority carrier mobility is a parameter whose values could be useful for characterizing solar cell materials, as the minority carriers in absorber materials can be indicators of device performance.
This research was performed within projects 1832 and 6150 financed by the Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Medical, construction, food, technology are the main example of industry that mostly focused on the polymer materials.
However, synthetic polymers contributed to one of the spearheading factors in environmental deterioration given their production, application, and disposal, all lead to pollution by adding non-degradable materials to soils and toxic gases to the atmosphere.
In addition, alginate is a water-soluble linear polysaccharide which naturally contains carboxyl groups in each constituent residue and possesses various abilities for functional materials [4].

Williams [2] proposed a two-parameter approach for the isotropic linear elastic materials.
On the other hand, out-of-plane crack tip constraint is also known to have a significant influen- ce on the fracture behavior of materials, and work have been done to express this constraint along the 3D crack front by the out-of-plane -stress [1].
That is, the singularity as described in Eq. (1) occurs only near crack front points embedded entirely in material.

Introduction At the present time, the metal bar is a common-used structural material in the manufacturing industry, and is widely used to make into various parts, such as gears, shafts, flanges, chain pins and so on.
High-quality cross-sections are obtained from different materials, which prove that the cropping method by means of the radial forging in precision cropping is feasible.

Although the maximum working stress is less than the ultimate strength of the material, stress concentration in the area of local caused small micro crack initiation, with an increasing number of cycles, micro crack expanded gradually, finally to transient faults.
Maximum stress value of the piston rod with rounded corners was still less than the ultimate strength of materials, but the stress concentration at the fillet resulted in the fracture of rods.

In this paper, the effect of uncertainty in material parameters on the randomness of the natural frequencies is presented using a new technique called Random Factor Method.
Numerical Examples Fig.1.The graph of rotor system model Fig.2.The graph of simplified calculation model for rotor system The simplified example of a single rotor system shows in Fig. 1, straddle supported rotor using symmetrical structure, m is the equivalent mass of the rotor, taking the rotating shaft as isotropic materials, the stiffness is k.
At the same time, takingthe stiffness of sliding bearing at equivalentstrut as anisotropy materials, along with the horizontal and vertical directions are ,,respectively.
