Adding Material and Movement.We determined the model material according to the actual situation,and then hydraulic mechanism and rack mechanism were added translational joints and motors were added revolute joints.The joints of manipulator is shown in Fig.3 Fig.2 The simplified model Fig.3 The joints of manipulator Driving Function.First of all,we added drives to translational joints of hydraulic mechanism and revolute joints of motors.We used step function to complete the simulation.The format of step function is step(x, x0, h0, x1, h1)[1].

Over the last years, worldwide growth of population accompanied by increasing demand of resources has resulted in rising prices for energy and materials.
Despite the necessity for more efficient use of energy and materials in manufacturing, companies face manifold obstacles during implementation of corresponding green strategies.
Production factors include material (raw materials, operating materials, and consumables), energy (electrical, mechanical, chemical, thermal, and others), personnel, and manufacturing equipment.
