Emphasis is placed on microstructural parameters, which can be varied by processing, and their effects on the material inherent fracture properties, governing the resistance against microcrack propagation.
These microstructural gradients were obtained by heat treating only a portion of fine-grained plate material in the β single-phase field using a high-frequency induction coil.
Consequently, after stress redistribution and stabilization, the material within the notch plastic region deforms in an essentially elastic manner.
At any position in the notch plastic zone, the local stress range is approximately equal to the elastic range, but the peak stress is reduced as compared to the elastic solution owing to the material plasticization.

Materials and methods Materials.
Searching 16S rDNA gene sequence similarity was performed at GenBank data library by using the BLAST program.Then the sequenceinformation was introduced into the CLUSTAL W software program (Hitachi Software Engineering Co., Tokyo, Japan) for assembly and alignment [3,4,5].
During preparation of silage, rapid and sharp decrease of pH could well restrain microbes which could impose negative impact on silage in ensiling corn material, butyric acid bacteria, filamentous fungus, and yeast and mould for instance, so as to improve quality of silage.

The applications of the liquid nitrogen cooling add consequently other important key-parameters for the die design optimization: the position and shape of the nitrogen channels and the selection of the positioning of inlet and outlet channels.
The die is manufactured in a single piece and the material flow is correct through pockets and variable bearing lengths.
A similar behavior is found also for the die temperatures: initially temperature rose to a peak then colder material arrived reducing the measured values.

Wind backfill are used when under this circumstances: lacking of water, and can’t increase the liquidity of underground water in the mine, Coal slip backfill is commonly used in deeply inclined coal seam or steep coal seam, the advantage is that it don't need special equipment, and the requirements of the backfill material is not strict, but the effect is not good as water backfill and wind backfill, the surface subsidence coefficient of Coal slip backfill is commonly 0. 3 - 0. 4.
The concentration of paste Slurry is high, need less water, which can improve the strength of the backfill body and reduce the usage of cementations materials, almost 2.5%-3.0 % is enough, reduced the cost; realized the resource utilization of solid waste, and solved the problem of solid waste pollution to environmental.
