Introduction Nanotechnology is a progressing area of research in the modern day science with the study on nanofluids and nanocomposites gaining greater attention day by day.
One such material is MWCNTs which consists of multiple sheets of graphene, rolled to form a structure resembling a hollow tube.
These approaches can be broadly classified into chemical and physical functionalization techniques, based on the interactions between the CNTs and active materials.

Introduction As a strategic resource, rare earth has been extensively used in vast sectors like new energy, new materials, environmental protection and electronic information.
Guanghua Ai et al. considered that sustainable development of Ganzhou rare earth industry should base on the optimization of industrial structure, science and technology [8].
By reference to Horng et al. [10], this study combines the relevant preliminary references, government planning and news materials to evaluate the relationship between relevant indicators.

Figure 2 The proportion of construction safety accidents from 2007 to 2009 The main causings of accidents of high falling and collapse are much high work, holes without enough protection and warning signs not placed in the risk locations. The non standardizaition use of temporary power system and unprotection electrical apparatus is the main cause of electric shock.Stacked irregularly materials in site, poor factory appearance, nonstandard temporary office and living facilities etc. all increase the chance of accidents.
In the stage of do,we should take dynamic management for organization and goal setting, including education and training for construction workers, purchasing safe and civilized construction materials and inspection measures. In the stage of check, we should check the safety civilized construction implementation. In the stage of action,we should correct and improve the problem in cycles to ensure the effective implementation of safety civilized construction.
Conclusion Safe and civilized construction is an important guarantee for construction safety, while measure fee of safe and civilized construction is the material base of it.

Since biomass materials are variable, changing the structure of combustion device is a feasible means to reduce GHGs emission.
Volatile contents in biomass materials can easily come out with the decrease in density of fuel and its size reduction [15].
It is very critical if the modified biomass combustion system can tolerate various types of biomass materials.
Ideally the modified system should directly use loosing materials like straws or other farming and forestry wastes but not rely on high density materials such as wood, corn cob, or pellets and so on.
