Today, carbide is a major tool in manufacturing tool materials.
Because of these feature, compared with the traditional mechanical contact passivation , electrochemical - mechanical reducing the workpiece and grinding tools and materials for direct losses.
But for carbide materials, the surface after electrolysis will produce a layer of dense blue passivation film, and other more obvious white oxidation also producted , and in order to remove the oxide film, increase the cleaning step of mechanical passivation after electrochemical , in which the mechanical passivation round metallic composite materials using appropriate.
At the time, in fact, the total absence of heat and rough force, it’s surface have not distortion, and no burr and organization of materials aberrations.

The measurement procedure was performed on all the welded specimens taking notes of 3 strains (ε1 ε2 ε3) relative to as many gages at different depths, following the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) standard.
This laser is a high frequency excited, diffusion cooled C02 gas laser, designed to be used for processing materials in an industrial environment.
Materials properties are phase and temperature dependent (table 5 for room temperature mechanical properties).

Introduction The effort of promoting light weight design in the wide spectrum of industry can be realized by application of new materials.
There are two groups of materials which are being focused on by industry at the moment.
One group consists of materials with a low density such as aluminum, magnesium or carbon fiber reinforced polymers, while the other group consists of high strength steels.
Examples of attempts of application of deep CNNs in the materials science can be found in work [6], where deep CNN was used in detection of defects on upper and lower part of rolled steel strips.
Therefore, the Authors plan to continue research in this domain, as well as in application to other, similar problems of materials engineering.

Highly luminescent II-VI semiconductor nanocrystals or colloidal quantum dots (QDs) are interesting materials because of their applications in optoelectronics, nonlinear optics, and biology [3].
In general, their properties make QDs attractive materials for fabrication of hybrid semiconductor QD-organic LEDs with a highly saturated emission colour.
Experimental Work Chemical Materials All materials used in this work were supplied from Fluka Company without further purification, while N,N’-Bis(3-methylphenyl)-N,N’-bis(phenyl) benzidine (TPD) was supplied by American Dye Source (Canada).

Introduction Bulk nanostructured (NS) materials are perspective constructional and functional materials due to their unique combination of physical and mechanical properties.
Fundamentally, these studies are of interest to obtain new information about behavior of the processes of plastic deformation in the constrained conditions and processes of the evolution of the defective structure in the materials.

The study is done on an elasto-plastic material obeying to the von Mises criterion.
In order to follow up the sequences of large deformations, we have used the sequential analysis procedure; it consists in the updating of material properties and geometrical configuration after each sequence.
The variational formulation for elasto-plastic materials with frictional contact is presented in third section, and the implementation of the finite element method discretization with computational procedure is discussed in fourth section.
In this work, elasto-plastic material model is considered.
