SiChuan Engineering Research Center for Vanadium & Titanium Materials, Panzhihua 617000 Sichuan, China 2.
When the volume fraction of inside carbide is same at the condition of hard abrasion, the loss wear weight of abrasive materials of hypoeutectic alloy is lower 90% than that of hypereutectic alloy.
But the weight of the wear resistant materials inside the hammerblock reduces with the increase of the thickness of the prevent-split board which makes the service life of the hammerhead decline.
With the comparison of composition and toughness of the two materials, it can be concluded that since content of C and alloy element is high, the deposited metal has well high temperature toughness, but the average service life of hammerhead made of the two materials is 9.6 months and 1 month.

Operational Training Management System (OPTRAMS) for Safe Operation in Process Plant Hanida Abdul Aziz1, a, Azmi Mohd Shariff2,b* and Risza Rusli3,c 1,2,3Process Safety Research Group, Department of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Petronas, 31750 Seri Iskandar, Perak, Malaysia ahanidaaziz@gmail.com, bazmish@petronas.com.my, crisza@petronas.com.my Keywords: Training; Process Safety Management; Training Management; Safe Operation; Process Plant; Human Error Abstract.
One of the keys contributing factors that could prevent these accidents is to provide appropriate training to the plant personnel.
In this case, refresh training will be carried out every year or depending upon the requirements due to rapid changes of research work that affect the process, equipment, material, etc. in meeting the objectives of the project.

In section Ⅲ, we have designed the system hardware which covers the hardware selection and configuration, and some of the key problems need to pay attention to in the engineering application.
For motion control function of programming, it provides PLC open standard function block (FB), which can maximum reduce costs of the engineering and configuration and maintenance through calling these function modules in user program.

These chips feature intricate networks of microchannels and chambers, typically made from materials like glass or polymers.
This suggests that trapezoidal channels may offer more efficient designs in certain applications where space and fluid dynamics optimization are key considerations.
