Abstract.
Formulating of the phase of development of the technology in architecture of the Information Age, which is represented by green building, philosophy which is based on the saving or rational utilization of energy, as well as material and water sources, has its particularity in a deeper symbiosis between ecology and energy with focus on the ecologically clean renewable energy sources and its conversion, ecologically clean materials and the tendencies to reduce greenhouse emissions, connected with the production and the exploitation of buildings.
The speed of the outdoor air flow is another key factor in determining the cooling capacity.
Cooling tube shall be made of durable resistant materials (aluminum, plastic...).
In terms of managing its construction design, the difficult part is the right choice of materials for bearing structures and waterproofing technology.

When decoupling, the engineering semantics should be considered.
In fact, in applications, the engineering semantics is always having been used, but confusions come when the SMs is without intact engineering semantic and well organizational structure.
SM Mapping with Engineering Semantics.
For example, the systematic engineering dimension is given, and then the views will come from material, energy and information; and when it refers the multidisciplinary, the views will be focused from the various disciplines.

If preexisting cracks in materials are small, then the stress can reach the level required to initiate slip or twinning.
The yield stress dependence on the temperature is low for FCC materials, therefore these materials can be used in cryogenic conditions.
For strain localization problems, the acoustic tensor method can be applied to only strain softening materials.

Thus, safety considerations in vehicle design have become a key consideration in the car industry.
The pedestrian protection head impact condition was simulated using LS DYNA–3D Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software.
Effects of hood material and inner hood structure variations on HIC values It is evident that HIC values below the threshold value can be obtained with all inner hood structures either with steel or aluminium materials.
Further refinement indicated that steel was the preferred choice of material for the hood assembly to obtain robust and homogeneous head impact performance with minimal deformation compared to other materials.

Abstract.
From then on, registered construction engineer qualification system was established in China [3].
However, registered construction engineer qualification system has just started in China.
While registered construction engineer employed by the owner as a project manager manage the construction project, we allow multiple registered construction engineers to work on different posts at the same time.
But only specified registered construction engineer can serve as a project manager.
