It has been established and reported that Natural Rubber without fillers have no strength and cannot be utilised in key engineering applications [4,5].
Rubbers and rubber-like materials are non-biodegradable; as such, their wastes are very difficult to treat except through pyrolysis [18].
This present study will enable engineers and materials scientists to understand the thermal degradation of NRV and decide suitable applications of the vulcanizates. 2.
Materials and Methods 2.1.

Engineering stress vs. engineering strain curves of the as-deposited and annealed specimens are presented in Fig. 6.
Room temperature engineering stress-strain curves of as-deposited and heat-treated NC Ni at a strain rate of .
Owing to the high percentage of grain boundary area, NC materials have been viewed as a “composite” of grains with normal lattice atoms and the grain boundary region [24].
Grain boundary regions in as-deposited NC materials are always in a high non-equilibrium state, containing lots of randomly oriented grain boundary dislocations.

We have summed up a series of scientific and effective methods, such as small watershed controlling mode, returning farmland to forest (grass), silt place dams construction, ecological counties construction, ecological restoration engineering, etc.
And have started a large number of key projects for water conservation in Loess Plateau region.
So we must take comprehensive management measures combining ditch slope and governance by biological measures, engineering measures and cultivation measures.
The next, the planners analysis the first-hand material from farmers to diagnosis problems and find out the main contradictions.
Conclusions The small watershed treatment in the Loess Plateau region is the complicated system engineering.

But this method always requires too many tests, which consumes enormous financial, material and human resources, and it’s not practical in the railway.
Meanwhile, neural network as a technology widely used in engineering fields has the ability of nonlinear adaptive information processing, so it can solve many kinds of complex issues.
It perfectly meets the engineering requirements
