Such investigations have important applications in future, and will solve many key problems in life science.
Due to their excellent biocompatibility and non-toxicity, hydroxyapatite was widely used in dental composites, bone tissue engineering [1-3] and non-viral gene carrier et al [4].
Material and Methods Hydroxyaptite (HAP) nanoparticles used in this paper were prepared via homogeneous chemical sedimentation reaction in our laboratory according to literature.[11] Briefly, the procedure described here, the nanoparticles were fabricated by adding Ca (H2PO4)2 solution to Ca(OH)2 in water (Ca/P ratio =1.67) at determined speed accompanied by vigorous stirring for 24h.

Abstract.
Introduction Understanding and reducing the threshold voltage instability of SiC MOS devices is a key goal for realizing the full benefits of wide bandgap power MOSFETs.
In brief, the Poisson equation is solved in both the semiconductor and the oxide to determine the electric potential ψ as a function of position x based on the distribution of positive charges p and negative charges n – due to free carriers and ionized dopants in the semiconductor and ionic charges in the oxide – as in d2ψdx2=-qϵp-n, (1) where q is the elementary charge and ϵ is the dielectric constant of the material.

Introduction
One of the more difficult problems facing the engineering community is the gradual degradation of the nation’s civil structures.
Given a dynamical attractor,, two key invariant measures are its dimension and its Lyapunov exponents (LEs).
Material properties are taken to be those of steel, giving a density of ρ = 7850 kg/m3, a Young’s modulus of E = 200 GPa.
