In order to understand the effect of these materials, test LED samples were prepared with different sets of packaging materials.
As a very important part of LED compositions, packaging materials are sensitive to high temperature.
Thus, the failure of packaging materials is one of the most important reasons of lifetime reduction of the whole LED models.
In order to discover the failure behavior and principle of packaging materials, some typical samples which were the LED modules with common packaging materials including phosphor and silicone were used to undertake high temperature aging test.
By the means of measuring the luminance of samples online, the failure process of packaging materials had been revealed.

This paper presents the study on sintered wall materials made use of iron tailings and waste rock.
Experimental 2.1 Raw Materials Raw materials come from Xingning Rising Limited include: Tailings(A) and Rock (C).
Chemical composition of the two materials are list in Table 1.
Compressive strength testing machine: Wuxi East building materials plant JES-2000A-type strength machine.
