Abstract In this paper, a modified adaptive K-means (MAKM) method is proposed to extract the
region of interest (ROI) from the local and public datasets.
The results that they obtained with SVM classifier were the best compared to other three classifiers and achieved classification accuracy was 78%.Materials and Methods In this section the proposed approach indicated in Fig 3 is explained in the following subsections.

Introduction
An aluminum alloy with a friction stir (Friction Stir Welding: FSW) was developed in 1991, which is a solid-state materials.
For the materials that are difficult to weld by fusion welding (Conventional Fusion Welding) [1] which is a friction stir welding has been used effectively in the industry production of vehicles and vessels.

Hence, DSSCs do not require ultra high pure materials unlike inorganic solar cells.
DSSC fabricated with the inclusion of nano crystalline materials has been effective in diverting from the classical solid state junction devices.
Materials The chemicals used for the experiment were pure and of analytical grade.

It has several desirable properties such as low thermal conductivity, low density, excellent dimensional stability and low water absorption, suitable for the application in household refrigerator, floatation in boats, life preserver, pipelines construction materials [1-3].
Bio-based polyols can be extracted or synthesized from natural materials such as plants, oils or wood.
The B-side materials (consisting of polyol, surfactant, catalyst, water as blowing agent) will be weighed.

Operation of elastomeric materials in the extreme climatic conditions of the North is a complex and expensive, since not always existing materials can provide the required level of low-temperature characteristics (down to -60 ° C).
Introduction Operation of elastomeric materials in the extreme climatic conditions of the North is a complex and expensive, since not always existing materials can provide the required level of low-temperature characteristics (down to -60 ° C).
Among them are new materials that appeared not long ago in the market of raw materials for rubber products: propylene oxide rubber (Sintez kauchuk, Sterlitamak, Russia) and epichlorohydrin rubber Hydrin T6000 (Zeon, Japan).
Materials based on these rubbers were prepared in “Brabender” plasticizer, then cured in hydraulic press.
