Speaking of the physical property, the gallium nitride belongs to a direct bandgap material with an obviously super luminous efficiency; therefore, the gallium nitride has the dominate tendency than that of others materials.
Not only does GaN have the advantage of being a direct band gap material, it can be used with InN (2.0 eV) and AlN (6.2 eV) to form ternary and quaternary compounds and extend its direct band gap range to 1.95 - 6.2 eV with the corresponding wavelength extensions from the green frequency range to that of ultraviolet frequencies, allowing it to be used for expanded applications.
ESD Testing Results of GaN LEDs In terms of physical characteristics, GaN is classified as a direct band gap material that has a very advantageous edge in terms of luminous efficiency.

The results indicated that when the torque is M1=100N·m, the maximum stress on the engagement pairs is 177.584MPa; when the torque is and M2=300N·m, the maximum stress on the engagement pairs is 329.607MPa, which were less than the yield limit of planetary gear materials, but it can meet the design and operation requirements of planetary gear of megawatt wind turbines yawing reducer.
The structure of gear and its material properties are shown in Tab.1.

The chosen values of the Young’s modulus for the different materials are taken from reference [16], section II, Part D.
For relatively small plastic strains the assumed tangent modulus will be likely to underestimate the real stress levels in both materials.

First is the material of the paper, which adopts the material that specially used for producing money.
The main raw material is cotton linter which is much more precious than ordinary paper-making material.
However, under natural light, the golden yellow spot at the same position will not be seen, which means that the pattern is printed by at least two different kinds of colorless fluorescent materials.

However, the yield strength of EMC is a little change with the increase of temperature which is ranging from 20℃ to 160℃. 1.Introduction Epoxy molding compound (EMC), one of the largest three kinds of raw materials in semiconductor industry, performs the significant functions on the capabilities of discrete and IC [1].
Three equations are required to calculate the true flow stress-true strain relationship of a test material from the experimental strain data [3]
The material constants in ZWT model were determined from experiments.
