Qujiang New District, located in the tourism, vacation, business-oriented economy city district, facing both north and south of the main city roads, as well as Xi'an - Ankang highway runs through, so traffic noise is the main noise source Qujiang New District,.Therefore the traffic noise was chosen as a carrying capacity indicators of environmental, water and energy supply is a key factor restricting the city's economic and social development, as the economy city planning requirements, population density, green coverage and per capita green area determines the ecological city characteristics.
