In the cold roll-beating process, the mechanical property is determined by the microstructure of the parts, and the quality of the forming parts is closely affected.
When 40Cr is in high speed, large deformation impact process, the material exhibits a wave-like fluctuation; this is essentially due to the microstructure change of the material under the influence of the macro factors---deformation temperature, deformation rate, deformation degree.
There are many factors affecting the flow stress in high-speed large deformation.
However, the factor of flow stress curve is affected by the evolution of organization of the material in the deformation process.
