The aim of these experiments is to carefully and precisely examine the impact of the heat treatment process on the welded joints’ physical properties and microstructure properties.

In order to optimize and increase the reliability of the experiment, the pressing pressure (P), holding pressure time (t) and the die tooling temperature (T) were taken as quantitative factors.
The effect of applied pressure on the mechanical properties of the base material and the cladding layer was determined on a longitudinal section of the obtained samples by the Vickers method (GOST 2999-75).
The presence of a brittle intermetallic layer with low plastic properties (σb=15÷17MPa) explains the low strength properties of the obtained compound.
