Reduction of packaging materials and the applications, research and development of green packaging materials.
Currently there are four sorts of common green packaging materials as follows: reusable and recyclable packaging materials, edible packaging materials, biodegradable materials, paper materials and paper pulp molding, etc. [7].
The focus is on the development of eco-packaging materials, packaging materials and natural edible green packaging materials.

Polymer-based materials dilate upon absorbing moisture.
Differential swelling occurs along the interfacial of two materials and hygroscopic strains arise due to mismatch of CME.
Polymeric materials transport moisture primarily by diffusion which can be analogically modeled in standard Fick's transient diffusion equation in Eq. 1

Here the bending test is used to test and evaluate the strength properties of laminate composite materials with constant span to thickness ratio and constant width to thickness ratio.
Materials and Experimentation The experimental work was carried out in the field to determine experimentally the deflection, tension and compression stress of the test specimens.

The material properties are shown as figure 5.
Figure 8.b referred to material damage value per cycle.
On this matter, reoptimized and recalculated the material distribution through making material filler and setting the optimization space of the material, finally gave the reasonable material distribution.

The rust formed from the pipe surface forms tiny asperities that are weaker than the pipe materials and, as such, are easily knocked off by the flowing fluid, exposing the surface to more rust formation processes and ionic losses.
