Rare-earth based group of ferromagnetic materials, such as substituted manganites with a typical compositions La1-xSrxMnO3 (x = 0.15 – 0.40) (LSMO), are of interest in this context due to easy tunable composition-dependent TC and relatively large magnetic moment at room temperature [2,4-8].
However, the mechanisms of the AC losses in these materials remain to a large extent unclear.

Since EAPs are often made of flexible materials, in recent years they have been called “soft actuators”.
Dielectric elastomers (DEs) known as the dry polymer uses rubber like polymer (elastomer) as actuator materials.
Furthermore, its low cost, light weight, softness, and quietness make the actuator suitable for robots, sensors, motors, speakers, pumps, smart materials, and a wide range of other uses that are currently under development.
