The material of the vehicle body is welded lightweight hollow iron tubes.
The vehicle shell uses lightweight fiber glass composite materials of high strength and good formability.
In addition, major considerations are the car shell shape and vehicle material selection in order to achieve a streamlined shape, with light weight materials and high malleability.

Introduction In deep drawing process, the material deformation of rectangular box part is inhomogeneous, which is large in the rounded part and little in the straight edge of the part.
And the material properties were taken as follows: the material is DQ steel, thickness=1.0mm, Young modulus E=2.07GPa, Poisson’s ratio =0.28, anisotropy coefficient =1.66,=1.23,=2.10.
In the deep drawing process of rectangular box part, the fracture and wrinkle objective reflect the same importance of material forming.

Materials Aeolian sand.
When the environmental material flyash is added into the mix mortar, the activated silicon oxide and activated aluminum oxide in the flyash will react with the calcium hydroxide in the mortar and will generate more and more cementitious materials with the age increasing, enhancing the physical and mechanical properties of hardened mortar.
