We have tested the supercell effect in previous study and pointed out its importance in the determination of muon stopping positions estimation in real materials [10].
We believe those quantum effects are the key points and mandatory to obtain more information on muon’s stopping positions inside the LCO system.

Fundamental Characteristics of SiC MIS Structure with Al2O3 as Gate Dielectric LIU Li1,a, MA Xiao Hua2,b and YANG Yin Tang1,c 1 School of Microelectronics, Xidian University, Xi’an, China; 2 School of Technical Physics, Xidian University, Xi’an, China aliuli@mail.xidian.edu.cn, bxhma@xidian.edu.cn, cyangyt@xidian.edu.cn Key Words: Al2O3; SiC MIS capacitor; Gate Leakage Current; C-V characteristics Abstract.
Several intrinsic properties of Al2O3, such as large Eg(9eV), high dielectric constant(k~10), high breakdown field(5~10MV/cm) and a good thermal stability(remain amorphous even at 1000℃ high temperature), make it a viable candidate as a gate dielectric material in SiC-based devices.
The leakage current density is 1×10-3A/cm2 at a lower electrical field of 8MV/cm than that in other high-K material such as AlN, HfO2, SiO2/HfO2, Gd2O3[4~8], which can be comparable with the data given in Literature[8].

(1) Where F is Deformation gradient; Sis the second Piola-Kirchhoff stress; ρ0is the density of the material, f is the body force per unit mass.
Because of the nodes in the sucker rod structure usually can transmit axial force, shear force and bending moment, combined with finite element theory, choosing space beam element [7]for the sucker rod and tubing, adopting the updated Lagrange format for tracking the deformation process of sucker rod unit material node, put the incremental form of Green strain and the second Piola - Kirchhoff stress into formula (2), sucker rod ’s finite element column type is available, according to Newton’s second law and the D'Alembert's principle, we can get the dynamic finite element formulation of sucker rod string
