At present, the improvement of functional properties of soybean protein isolate has been deeply studied by domestic and foreign scholars, including physical modification, chemical modification, enzymatic modification and genetic engineering modification [5, 5,6, 7, 8, 9, 10].
The application of the research results of this project in surimi products can reduce production costs, improve nutritional value, meet the requirements of consumers for low-fat, healthy and delicious products, and has a positive role in promoting the formation of a new profit growth point for enterprises and increasing economic benefits. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Materials and Instruments Soy protein isolate as raw material was purchased from Linyi Shansong Biological Products Co., Ltd.
Results and Discussion 2.1 Analysis of Basic Components and Enzyme Activity In order to ensure the quality of raw materials and the activity of enzymes, the basic components of soybean protein isolate (SPI) were determined.

The concept of ecology restoration and theory.The ecology restoration means that, based on ecology principle, through certain technology and method of biology, ecology and engineering, artificially changes and cuts off the leading factor and process of ecosystem degradation, adjusts, configures or optimizes flow processes and space-time order of material, energy and information inside and outside the system, restoring the ecosystem structure, function and ecology potential certain or original even higher level [2].
According to this, the use of wetland restoration technology, (i.e. through the ecology technology or the ecology engineering, the degenerate or vanished wetlands are repaired or rebuilt to reproduce the physical, chemical and biological characteristics before disturbance, so that the the proper role is played.) [4] restores ecology wetland landscape depending on the hill, and the use of physical, chemical and biological triple co-ordination role of the matrix - - microorganism - - plant compound ecosystem achieves the efficient purification of sewage, through filtration, adsorption, precipitation, ionic exchange, plant absorption and microorganism decomposition.
