Abstract: Two-dimensional films of graphene oxide (GO) have been synthesized using various oxidation methods such as the conventional or modified Hummers method.
Experiment and Methods Chemical and Materials.
Results and Discussion The GO prepared by heating a sample of organic material was analyzed in a Raman spectrometer with a 532 nm laser at a power of 1.0 mW.

Introduction
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) is a powerful instrument for a high resolution imaging of
materials from a various fields of science and industry.
Powder P47 and yttrium aluminium garnet (YAG) single crystal [7] are the most efficient scintillators even if powder material of P47 is suitable only for SE detectors.
Apart from the well known material contrast of the BSE micrographs, other advantages of the BSE detection mode were determined.
The above outlined properties demonstrate that the scintillation BSE detector is an excellent tool for the basic material characterization of both conductive and insulated nanomaterials.

Introduction
Since nature is in eternal motion and change, the media, artificial materials or structures inevitably produce various defects and uneven distribution of the formation also give rise to large amounts of heterogeneity, such as small faults, joints, multiple lens, etc., which distribute arbitrarily.
There are different material constantsof two different media.

Cell culture
Human L-02 liver cell line was obtained from American Type Culture Collection(ATCC).Cells were routinely maintained in DMEM high glucose culture medium (Gibco), supplemented with 10% FBS (Gibco) and antibiotics (50U/ml of penicillin and 50μg/ml streptomycin, ,Gibco) at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere containing 5%CO2.
Materials The strain of G. frondosa resource was supported by Strain Preservation Center of Tianjin University of Science & Technology.
GFP-2 had a more prominent protective effect on liver cells than other components by using the less materials and operating the less time.

Zhang[24] et al had found imperfect tape composed with dislocation loops by etch method will appear in InSb materials after annealing at 500°C, and the author thought stress relief leads to the imperfect tape.
This phenomenon also appeared at other kind of material.

LiangPeng et al. [3] from Tsinghua University investigated the performance of MFCs with carbon nanotube (CN), flexible graphite (FG) and activated carbon (AC) as anode material.
Lovley et al. [4] used graphite felt, graphite foam and graphite rod as anode material of MFC.
As anode material, stainless steel is cheaper and more easily available compared with other material such as graphite electrode, carbon nanotube.
