Biomimetic robotics combines principles from biology and engineering to design and develop robots that mimic the behaviors and characteristics of living organisms.

Materials and methods 1.1 Silico cloning To obtain the sequences of major genes related to Hippo pathway of silkworm, silkworm genome and EST database were searched with the protein sequences from the Hippo pathway of Drosophila melanogaster, Danaus plexippus and some other insects using BLAST program (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast).

Materials and Methods Stearic acid (SA, purity: 99.9%, MW: 284.48, Merck Chemical Co.) was used as lipid for SLN production.
Equipment of material is made of aluminum.
X-ray powder diffraction is a rapid analytical technique primarily used for phase identification of a crystalline material.
On the other hand, the lipid crystalline structure was a key factor to determine whether a drug would be expelled or firmly incorporated into the lipid system.
