Ha et al. showed that SSSF expansion driven by mechanical stress at room temperature is improbable [2].
So far, the observation of BPD expansion has been limited to on (0001) despite the successful use of several methods: photoluminescence (PL), cathodoluminescence (CL), electron-beam-induced current (EBIC), and electroluminescence (EL) [4-8].

The MRR is expressed as the work piece removal weight (WRW) under a period of machining time in minute (T), that is:
(1)
The electrode wear ratio (EWR) is defined by the ratio of the electrode wear weight (EWW) to the work piece removal weight (WRW) and usually expressed as percentage which is:
(2)
The MRR is the higher-the-better performance characteristic and the EWR and SR are the lower-the-better performance characteristic.

Fig. 5 shows the photoluminescence emission spectrum of the cubiodal PbSe
crystals with an excitation wavelength of 360 nm, which consists of a main intense peak at 435 nm
and a shoulder at 420 nm, which may be corresponding to the second excitonic transitions (el-hl)
and electronic transitions caused by defects in the interfacial region
[20].
Our observation is consistent with the results of Xie et al[17]. 350 400 450 500 550 600 650 435nm 420nm wavenumber(nm) Fig. 5 Photoluminescence emission spectrum of the cubiodal PbSe crystals.

According to Bao et al. [14], these droplets are produced
by multiple mechanisms that are mainly induced during laser ablation due to the brittle nature of the
target material.
