Abstract: With trational planning concept, the overall architectural design and landscape design thinking, according to the current education development trends and the students' own characteristics, to create a unique place for students to learn and communicate, to reach the perfect fit for building meaning and the spirit of place.
During Qing dynasty, Daoguang six years built academics, Guangxu 28 years established the higher primary school, Minguo 28 years set up the Dongxiang County Junior High School, which was listed as an academic reform pilot secondary schools in the sole province in 1964, and was approved as the Jiangxi Province key middle school in 1980.
Building design Architectural design follows the following characteristics: Regional features expression.Comprehensive local regional and cultural features, create the distinctive campus image and make it become iconic landscape; use the new materials and new technology to express the organic fusion of old and new.

Abstract.
The method has been one of the most popular methods to control environmental pollution in recent years, and the key to this technology is the enrichment culture of dissimilating Fe(III) microbe.
Materials and methods Bacteria source ① conventional activated sludge was collected from the secondary sedimentation tank of Lanzhou Qilihe sewage treatment plant(Fe(II):21.25g/L, TFe:29.42mg/L);② Biological iron mud was collected from the SBBR reactor which has been put with Fe0 (Fe(II):14.83g/L,TFe:106.92mg/L).
