Materials and methods
Jiangsu Province, the 2nd largest economic area in China, extends between 30°45–35°07N latitude and 116°22–121°55E longitude with a total area of 10.26×104 km2, or 1.07% of the total area of China, in the east of Chinese Mainland (Fig. 1).
The interpreting key system is established by discriminatory mark in RS images by the aid of field survey, and the identifications of interpretation urban territories is designed based on the image characters.
Since the 1980s, the vast amounts of groundwater has been taken out through engineering drainage and supplied for production and living, the carbonate, bicarbonate dissolved in groundwater deposited in soils, which make soil pH decrease and SIC density increase.

In recent years some studies indicated Perinereis aibuhitensis showed strong resistance to heavy metals pollution in sediments and played important roles in accelerating the formation of sedimentary material structure, promoting the material conversion, increasing the available nutrients and improving material cycle, etc.[12].
Materials and methods Materisls Suaeda heteroptera kitagawa seeds for test is the annual dry seeds which were purchased from Panjin in Liaoning province, Perinereis aibuhitensis for test is Perinereis aibuhitensis which were collected from coastal area of Heishijiao, Dalian, Liaoning province. the average fresh weight was 0.4g(±0.0037).The crude oil for test was taken from the Liaohe Oilfield.
