Abstract: Damage detection is the most difficult part of structural health monitoring Systems.
Forewords 1.1 The basic principle and advantages of classical genetic algorithm The development of Genetic algorithm is result of life science and engineering science overlapping, it is inspired with evolutionary processes in biology, which itself is a kind of optimization search method of high performance and parallel, which search the global optimal solution.
Measurement of cumulative damage is much more difficult than measurement of the sudden damage caused by accidents(Natural or man-made disasters), because the occurrence time of the latter is known, temporarily sealing bridge can be done after the accident, and the check is done with concentration of manpower and material resources.
How to put the limited sensors to obtain as much information as possible, it is one of the key technologies of large span bridge structure health monitoring system.

Introduction
The improvement of mechanical properties is a key issue in the development of metallic materials.
Fully recrystallized samples with initial grain sizes of 20, 22 and 41 µm in the IF steel, 2N-Al and 4N-Al, respectively, were used as starting materials for the ARB process.
Fig. 9 shows the engineering stress-strain curves for the IF steel (Fig. 9a), 2N-Al (Fig. 9b) and 4N-Al (Fig. 9c) samples.
The stress-strain curves of the coarse grained samples used as starting materials for the ARB process are also included in Fig. 9.
For all these materials impurities are present in different concentrations, and precipitation hardening during annealing can therefore not be excluded.

The key problem for the implementation of such a transmitter is the low efficiency of DRL at room temperature (RT).
This model does not agree with Kveder’s observation and one has to conclude that one of the key problems that remain open so far is how to find among the electrical levels detected with space charge region (SCR) spectroscopy technique those that are responsible for DRL.

Abstract.
Considering earthworm Eisenia fetida is abundant and widespread in soil ecosystem and has the capacity to accumulate large quantities of inorganic and organic contaminants [13], and it plays a key role in the biomagnifications in food chain, so E. fetida was considered as a well-recognized model organism for the assessment of the toxicity of chemicals in terrestrial ecosystems.
