Keywords: weak acid resin; hydrogen type; softening; viscous oil sewage
Abstract:This essay presents an experimental study about softening effect of weak acid hydrogen type resin on viscous oil sewage of an oil production plant through ion exchange technique, and the test results show that: when the first level of ion exchange column adopts weak acid hydrogen type resin and the second level adopts weak acid sodium type resin,
Within the ion exchange method, it is a key to choose proper resin; research shows that large-pore type weak acid cation resin has strong capacity to absorb Ca2+ and Mg2+ from viscous oil sewage, with high absorption capacity and thorough absorption[7,8].
Water quality index and test apparatus 1.1 Water quality index Table 1 is the water quality index of the effluent of viscous oil sewage reuse treatment process of an oil production plant; the second-level filtration effluent is generated from the viscous oil sewage through sedimentation and air floatation and then through a double-filter material filter and a multi-media filter in sequence, wherein the alkalinity is above 10 times higher than hardness, so as to be the typical “negative hard water”.

Parameters of Flying Component Platforms In this section, we clearly spell out the key platform and operational parameters of two categories of UAVs under consideration.
One of the known property of the SMAs (Shaped Memory Alloys) are that they have a fast initial contraction time with extremely high mechanical strength when subjected to electrical heating, but a slower recovery time coupled with a hysteresis loop which is material dependant.

Abstract
In this study, three different aC:H:W coatings with predefined hardness values, ranging from 10 up to 16 GPa, were deposited by selecting suitable parameter set points and adjusting substrate bias voltage of the reactive unbalanced magnetron sputtering process according to a previously created regression model.
Typically, aC:H:W coatings can be regarded as nano-composite materials consisting of a hydrogenated amorphous carbon (aC:H) matrix with embedded nanometer clusters of tungsten carbide [7-9].
The present study is based on previous work, in which key process parameters were varied by the use of design of experiments.
Most of the experimental work was performed at the Institute of General Materials Properties at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
