Practical Adjustment of Stratum Series for S Oilfield

Because of the potential layers distribution longitudinal crisscross, the bed series and intervals of the key layers were difficult to determine, the corresponding tap the technology was difficult. 1.3 Inverted nine-spot was not adaptability, oil-water was high, well network control degree was low during high water cut period The primary and secondary encryption adjustment took inverted nine-spot, which actual number of oil wells was 1.98~2.68, far more than reasonable oil well, which was 1.30~1.66 (Table 1) .
In those GI10~GIII layers, which narrowed spacing to 175m, improved obviously; Well pattern control degree reached 94.0%, which increased by 8.2 percentages; Multi-way connected proportion increased to 61.1%, which increased by 37.7 percentages; The control degree and multi-way connected proportion of the other two adjustment sediment group improved to varying degrees. 3.3 Oil using conditions improved Compared and analyzed liquid producing profile materials of 35 producing wells before and after adjustment, after adjustment sandstone proportion and effective thickness using proportion increased to 78.9% and 87.2%, improved 6.3 percentage and 8.2 percentage respectively, when GI10~GIII spacing was down to 175, the thin-bad reservoir using significantly improved, the thin-bad layers and outer tables which permeability less than 0.5m using reached to 70%, increased by more than 10 percentage, with further reduce using difference between layers. 3.4 Production rose, water cut decreased,

Abstract.
Several intrinsic properties of Al2O3, such as large Eg(9eV), high dielectric constant(k~10), high breakdown field(5~10MV/cm) and a good thermal stability(remain amorphous even at 1000℃ high temperature), make it a viable candidate as a gate dielectric material in SiC-based devices.
The leakage current density is 1×10-3A/cm2 at a lower electrical field of 8MV/cm than that in other high-K material such as AlN, HfO2, SiO2/HfO2, Gd2O3[4~8], which can be comparable with the data given in Literature[8].
