Abstract.
Experimental procedures The starting materials were high-purity BaCO3, Sm2O3, Mn(NO3)2, TiO2 and SiO2, and they were weighed on the basis of the following formula: (Ba1.012-xSmx)TiO3 + 0.03mol% Mn(NO3)2 + 2wt% SiO2, In the experiment, the concentration of Ba-excess atoms is 1.2 mol%, the mixture was mixed by wet ball milling for 3h in deionized water using an agate ball in a polyurethane jar, and they were dried at 115 °C in drying oven, then the powders were calcined at 1100 ºC for 2h in air.
The room temperature resistance of the specimens was measured using a digital multimeter, and the temperature dependence of resistance was measured in a temperature-programmable furnace (ZWX-B, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China) at a heating rate of 1.6 ºC/min in the range of 25–250 ºC.

Methods and Materials
Literature overview.
Nowadays, schemes for processing existing dumps with the extraction of steel and cast iron globules, non-ferrous metals, scrap of refractory materials, and construction materials are known [7-9].
Thus, heating and melting of raw materials was performed in the reductive conditions, which provide ferric oxide transition into pig iron.

Introduction
Inorganic polymers are cementitious materials using industrial by-products as the main raw material, excited by properly configured activator solution.
A research by En Wang from Beijing University of Science and Technology [2] indicated that the different raw materials (such as slag, and fly ash and the kaolin) and different region perform differently under alkali-activator.
Reference to the experience of ordinary cement and concrete, adding appropriate admixture and mixed materials to inorganic polymer material is a good solution.
Experimental Design Materials.
