The experimental material is lead-free free cutting 2011 aluminum alloy, which is made of industrial pure Al ingot (99.8 wt.%), Al-50% Cu alloy, Bi ingot (99.9 wt.%) and Sn ingot (99.9 wt.%).
Argon with purity of 99.99 wt.% and refining agent accounting for 0.5 wt.% of the total weight of raw materials are injected for refining for 10 minutes, degassing and impurity removal treatment are carried out, and then the slag is removed and left for 30 minutes.
