Elastic-plastic flexural buckling when the cross-section of average stress exceeds the proportional limit of the material, part of the angle cross section will enter the plastic zone, the compression bar is into the eccentric compression state.
Numerical Analysis Method Using finite element analysis software ANSYS carried out three-dimensional solid modeling of the test specimen, the material constitutive relation shown in Figure 4, Q460 high-strength angle need consider the strength hardening of steel, that is bilinear kinematic hardening model (BISO), obeys the VON-MISES criteria, steel elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio were taken 2.06 × 105MPa, and 0.3 respectively.

Abstract: This paper is based on literature research on mobile learning theory and language learning theory to design and develop learning clients for College English listening on an Android platform and build up a comprehensive listening learning system by adding performance tests and advancing listening practice and feedback to help English learners improve listening capability step by step and create a better service for College English listening learning
Fortunately, intelligent phones have been changing the nature of study among college students, which, as an important carrier of a library of English materials, make it easier than ever before to overcome the limits of space and time to create a listening and speaking environment whenever and wherever accessible to students, who can finally improve listening ability and build up a good foundation for integrated ability of learning English[3][4].

We calculated the line width/2, line width/23.The screen scale material is transparent film.
