The functional materials such as sapphire, silicon wafer etc. are processed efficiently
with ultra-smooth surface for the demand of the rapid development of the IC industry.
The precise double sided polishing process is one of the main methods of getting the ultra-smooth surface for these materials.
(c) High efficiency and high quality of polishing process can be done through process parameters data-base established for different materials, which will eliminate the possible influence caused by ordinary operation effectively.

The effects of immobilization conditions and materials on the desulfurization performance of immobilized cells were investigated.
In this paper, the immobilization technique of embedding was adopted to research the immobilization of Agrobacterium tumefaciens UP-3, and we also explored the influence of immobilization conditions and materials on the catalytic desulfurization performance of the biocatalyst.
Materials and methods Strain The microbe strain, identified by Chinese Academy of Sciences as Agrobacterium tumefaciens(named: Agrobacterium tumefaciens UP-3), was isolated from the oil contaminated soil and sewage of Shengli Oilfield, obtained after the process of the separation, purification, mutation, screening and rescreening.
Influent immobilization conditions and materials on degradation time.
