Introduction The researches about nano materials developed rapidly in 21st century [1].
Two dimension nano materials is a kind of film whose thickness is less than 100nm, i.e. nano film [2].
By auto mode of loading control, TriboIndenter system fulfills the continuous loading and unloading of materials.
Acknowledgments The authors acknowledge the support from Young Science Foundation of Harbin University of Science and Technology under Grant No. 1025-2011020.

It would lead to accurate predictions introducing microstructural features of materials [1-2].
Since this approach has been developed for monophasic metallic materials, it is now extended to biphasic materials in order to be applied to DSS.

MWNTs as hydrophobic materials are very undissoluable in all solvents[49].
With high mechanical performance, MWNTs are more stable than polymer materials, and the elasticity and strength of their composite materials are both enhanced.

Lots of advanced lightweight materials that are dissimilar, coated, and hard to weld were applied extensively in the optimization of vehicle structures in the automotive industry [1].
Some mechanical joining techniques have developed for joining these advanced lightweight materials.
The aluminum alloy is primary new lightweight materials in vehicle structures.
Fig.3 presents the mean load of test results for the three types of materials.

Thus, those materials generally fracture in brittle mode under load.
Those critical values are inherent to the workpiece materials.
Various brittle materials are capable of ductile behaviour under high external hydrostatic pressure [17].
