                The RS theory is a mathematical theory for dealing with fuzzy and uncertain knowledge, and is one of the hot spots in information science, and has been widely used in the fields of medicine, materials science, mechanics, management science and other fields.
Cases In the process of the actual engineering operation, the failures of single line fault in power distribution network is 70%~80% of total faults in probability, so this paper only carries simulation on an assumed single fault.

Introduction Various kinds of silicon carbide (SiC) electronic devices have been developed using a key technology, step-controlled epitaxy, for high-quality epilayers on off-axis (0001) substrates by CVD [1].
Different bond configurations on non-standard surfaces might lead to a different removal process of C-related materials from the interface during oxidation and to the reduced number of electrically active states near the band edge.
