According to the requirement of the design goal, alternative materials and allowable stress constraints, the ratio of the vibrator's two nature frequencies are set to close to one initially.
Choosing materials.
Depending on the selected materials and the determined structural parameters, the geometrical model of the proposed vibrator is created.
In order to guarantee the reliability of the contrast, materials, structural parameters and constraint conditions of the cantilevers array are set to the same as the proposed vibrator.

Keywords: PVC gels, creep deformation, bending actuator, Young's modulus, compression, tensile,
Maxwell stress.
Introduction In recent years, the smart materials have been interested and applied to various fields.
Materials and preparation of specimens Plasticized PVCs were made from commercial PVC powder (n=3700), solvent tetrahydrofuran (THF) and plasticizer DBA with 10:30, 10:50, 10:70 and 10:90 (wt %).
All of the materials were prepared by blending the solution of PVC powders in THF and DBA, casting and evaporating in room temperature for several days.

Experiment methods
The start materials with structural formula of CuIn1-xSmxTe2(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) were synthesized by melting-quenching technique, the purities of raw materials (Cu,In,Sm,Te) were higher than 99.99%.

Ability to resist of high temperature impacts during fire is not based exclusively on ignitability of building materials.
Bearing components from timber meet this requirement without necessity of the application of any fire protection materials.

At present, the materials with highest TE performance are inter-metallic
compounds such as Bi2Te3 [5-6].
The known material of NaCo2O4 was recently discovered to be good TE material [7] to encourage researchers for exploring new TE materials in oxides.
Thus, some 3d transition-metal oxides are candidates for new thermoelectric materials.
Thus, vanadium oxides are good candidates of highly efficient TE materials.

Study of field emission display includes devices and fluorescent materials two parts in which
the performance of fluorescent materials is very essential.
The FED fluorescent materials should meet the following requirements [4-5]: (1) brightness and efficiency: FED is used to light in the indoor environments.
So we design a test equipment all by ourselves, and the equipment has perfect function, and we make some test about some different phosphor materials, and obtain some data.
As a result of that FED light-emitting materials and CR cathode ray luminous materials have similar characteristics, they have similar production processes.

Considering resources’ ability to regenerate and recycle, the types of materials used should minimize especially rare and expensive raw materials.
The remanufacturing and recycling materials are priority used,.
The least materials make the most efficiency, the least dependence on the environment.
