A key factor in the selection of compounds was an understanding of the processes by which halons destroy stratospheric ozone.
The purpose of this work is to study the minimum fire-extinguishing efficiency of extinguishing n-heptane with halons 1301 and 2402 mixtures in different ratios, which was determined by the gas chromatographic method. 3 Materials and Research Methods Halons 1301, 2402 and their mixtures with different ratios in % wt.

Abstract; The fundamental growth issues of AlN and AlGaN on sapphire and SiC using
metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy, particularly the growth of AlN and AlGaN on a groove-patterned
template are reviewed.
However, a dielectric mask cannot be applied to the selective growth of AlN-containing materials owing to the deposition of polycrystals on the mask.
