From the above analysis, it can be seen, the open circuit voltage, the short circuit current and the conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell relates to substrate material and emitter doping concentration, etc.
Under same conditions PV cells and CMOS devices of preparation material parameters, the PV cells are designed and its conversion efficiency is 9.43%.

From the scanning electron photomicrograph shown, the weak flushing samples are filled uniformly by the cement and interstitial material, the more fine grains can be seen in the pore.
While the strong washing sample are filled unordered by the cement and interstitial material, what enrich in the part of small pore throat, and the large pore throat had been flushed clearly, the big pore channel exists obviously.

The Research on Rational Proration to Low Yield and Pressure Gas Well in Tight Gas Reservoir Deng Sheng Lei 1, a, Zhi Lin Qi 2,b 1 Chongqing University of science & technology, ChongQing, China 2 Chongqing University of science & technology, ChongQing, China aLeids@163.com, bQizhilin76@sina.com Keywords: tight gas reservoir; low yield and low pressure gas wells; rational proration; optimization of working system Abstract.
Base on the seepage law of tight gas reservoir, using different method of rational proration, through classifying the low yield and low pressure gas wells, this paper develop a method of rational proration of being fit for low yield and low pressure gas wells in tight gas reservoir The analysis of normal rational proration method There are many method of normal rational proration, including gas production curve method, optimization proration method, material balanced method, production history overlay method, numerical model method and thumb rule, etc There are different benefits and disadvantages in above-mentioned rational proration methods.
The reservoir pressure used in the material balanced method is average value of whole gas reservoir, which neglects the difference of different region in the whole gas reservoir caused by aeolotropism of physical property in gas reservoir and of cumulative gas production.

Improvement and Research of Lean Production in Car-seat Assembly Line Li Yue1, a 1 School of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang, China a549151194@qq.com Keywords: Leap Production; value stream mapping analysis; process flow analysis; continuous improvement Abstract.
Pull Production Management Improvement of the Production System From the value stream mapping current situation analysis, the production cycle of the car-seat assembly system is 14.635 days, among which assembling the finished products only needs 0.635 day, purchasing raw materials and carrying back to company warehouse consumes 7 days and delivering the finished products to customers also consumes 7 days.
Namely before the production of car seat, the warehouse should keep as much as 14-day’s production materials to ensure one week’s safe stock, for half of the 14-day’s production materials would be used during the 7-day period from the production of the car seat to the transporting of the ordering from the suppliers to the warehouse.
Ensure the material be supplied within one day.

The materials used vary based on the required applications, some of which are listed in Table 1.
For most materials when the velocity increases, friction decreases and when duration of contact increases, friction increases.
Temperature has a strong influence on material properties like strength of materials.

Therefore, there has been increased interest in the last years in the use of low-cost, easily available materials for the adsorption of chromium from wastewaters.
Exiperimental Materials.
It could be seem from the table 5 that, the hazardous materials(such as Cr(III)) was removed by the adsorption process, and the CODCr of the wastewater was significantly reduced as well.
