Abstract.With Ag-loading MWNTs antibacterial agent as functional material, the antibacterial functional PET fibers were prepared by melt blending spinning-draft one-step method.

Green manufacturing system is consisted of green design technology, green technology and production technique, green materials, green packaging, recycling retirement product and other aspects.
Green casting design is a generalized design, not only including the casting product design, but also including the design of casting manufacturing process and manufacturing environment, which is associate with green foundry, green casting materials, green casting technology, green packaging, green consumption, and green processing of waste and emissions [2].It is shown in Figure 1.
Also, if graphite morphology is poor, it is prone to defects such as slag, and than reduce overall performance of materials.

Through the material integration, energy integration and information integration between enterprises, the Eco industrial park can form of industrial intercellular coupling of metabolism and symbiotic relationship, make a factory’s waste gas, waste water, waste residue, waste or by-products into another factory’s raw materials and energy, make economic system into the harmonious natural ecosystem material circulation process to achieve the green and ecological economic activities, and at the same time encourage enterprises to focus on the park, and develop the processing way vigorously.
Like the natural ecological system as to material and energy use, Eco industrial park has won the attribution of using the material and energy efficiently like the natural ecosystem.
In Eco industry garden, through rational planning and application of corresponding technology and using an upstream producers during the production of the "waste" and by-products, the downstream producers make material and energy’s use efficiency increased considerably.
