Currently, the methods of drilling hard and brittle materials include grain machining, which is a mechanical method, electronic beam machining and laser machining.
When these difficult machining materials such as Stainless Steel, aluminum alloy, super alloy and titanium alloy are drilled, the scraps are not easily broken off in the drilling process.
So, it is especially important for drilling chip to be disposed when these difficult-to machine materials are drilled.

The microstructure of plasma-sprayed NTB coatings is very similar to that of initial NTB bulk materials.
The wear track on the NTB10 pin has typical signs of adhesive interaction such as tearing and adhering of materials (Fig.3a).

Sadayappan2 1 Metal Processing Institute, WPI, Worcester, MA, 01609 USA 2 CANMET- Materials Technology Laboratory, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0G1 Canada a shiminli@WPI.EDU Keywords: hot tearing, casting Abstract The mechanisms of hot tearing are generally understood; inadequate feeding initiates the tear and further thermal deformation propagates the tear.
Experimental Instrumented Constrained Rod Mold The constrained rod mold used in this study was developed at CANMET Materials Technology Laboratory (MTL) and designed to measure the load or shrinkage/contraction developed during solidification.

Cheng et al.[5] prepared long-term sustained PZQ-loaded bar with biodegradable material poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) as carrier or added PEG into the PZQ-loaded bar to adjust in vitro/ in vivo drug release from the implants[6].
Experiment Materials and preparation of implants PLGA50/50 with a 50:50 molar ratio of LA to GA was synthesized by ourselves, and the inherent viscosities were 0.27 dL/g (PLGA0.27) and 0.13 dL/g (PLGA0.13) in chloroform at 25℃.

Even if the essence of architecture the space, materials, texture as well as excellent appearance are more and more significant.
Under such circumstances, the change inevitably makes designers correct traditional aesthetic values focusing on eternality, commemoration and exaggeration of senses of materials and size.
They also employ processed materials like glass, aluminum and fabrics to produce these effects.
Architecture skin materials, which have various looks and contain many new technology opponents, and methods of construction strongly weaken the outlines and interfaces of architectures.
