Introduction
Geotechnical widely exist in nature, and as a structural engineering application is the most common and most massive materials, because of its porous, heterogeneous and structural property, and under the action of load of its internal structure and mechanical properties of continuous change, make it become the constitutive relationship of geotechnical engineering circles problem. The constitutive model of rock and soil research has two major branches: one is the mechanics of continuous media, through its continuous medium mechanics phenomenological method and dissipative process of irreversible thermodynamics, materials on the macroscopic mechanical response, the material constitutive model;Another kind is the micromechanics, it through the soil microstructure and micro crack (void ) damage evolution process, study material deformation and damage the relationship between variables, derivation of the constitutive relation of material.Although both methods are different, but
The use hypothesis of Sidoroff[4] elastic energy equivalence, role of stress in the damaged material and nondestructive material complementary elastic energy is in the same form .For nondestructive geotechnical materials complementary elastic energy can be expressed as: (3) and for damage of geotechnical materials complementary elastic energy can be expressed as (4) (5) where is the flexibility matrix, the damage effective flexibility matrix, the elastic stiffness matrix, and the stiffness matrix for injury.
It can get the anisotropic damage constitutive relation of geotechnical materials for: (6) Considered ( soil layered transversely isotropic ) material, then reduced to transversely isotropic damage soil damage variable matrix [5], D1 = D2 = DH, D3 = DV.

The components of self-lubricating composite coating can be easily designed, could behavior self-lubricating and wear-resistance special properties on the basis of excellent mechanical property of the matrix materials, and greatly save raw materials and production time by the usage of coats lubricate.
When MoS2 in the coating rub with other materials, it could form a layer of solid lubricate film between two surfaces, which affects lubricating and elevating anti-friction properties.
The binding force between layers is weak, be prone to be sheared between layers, when it rubs with other materials, it shows low friction coefficient, and self-lubricating property.

Introduction
The optical, electrical, catalytic and dielectric properties of organic polymer-inorganic hybrid nanocomposite materials play a significant role in modern technology.
Swift heavy ion (SHI) irradiation is a very effective technique to induce structural and micro-structural modifications in materials and have been used to tailor the properties of various materials including metals, semiconductors, insulators and polymers [8].
The irradiation of the conducting polymer films was carried out in high vacuum (10-6–10-7 Torr) chamber using 90 MeV O7+ ions in the Materials Science (MS) beam line of Inter University Accelerator Centre, New Delhi.

Enhancement in parameter shows that extra time is required for heat to be transported from the material particles to the adjacent particles, thus decline in temperature field occurs.
It is to be noted that for the Fourier’s law case (), thermal movement through the materials is more as compared to the Cattaneo-Christov model ().
The mass distribution diffuses slower throughout the whole material for the Cattaneo-Christov model () case.

At the same time, this industry also consumes 40% of the materials entering the global economy.
According to Monitoring of fuel use, water and transport on site carried out for BREEAM assessment, the manufacture of materials is the largest contributor to environment impact and is around 90%[3].
Waste research data from the Netherlands indicated that 9%(by weight) of the totally purchased materials ended up as waste[10].
Measures to reduce waste generation are necessary at the construction stage including good house keeping and on-site sorting of inert from non-inert materials, which enable reuse and recycling.

Introduction
Analysis of the scientific and technical literature strongly attest to promise of nanotechnology to improve the quality of building materials [1].
So, in works [2,3] it is notes that the molding of materials from solutions using sol-gel processes has received intensive development in the technology of ceramics and inorganic composites.
The prospects of the use of silica sol in building materials of various functional purposes are also shown in [4,5].
