Therefore, it should calculate the sensitivity of some frequency band according to the material characteristic value of sensors [9].

Abstract.Through out the establishment of heavy rail entity model and the finite element model of straightening for different kinds of heavy rail after the residual stress in straightening investigated .
Simulation mainly analyse for heavy rail's Straightening deformation,for building a finite element three-dimensional model.As showned in figure 1.Straightening workpiece's material model adopted elastic-plastic model, choose the double linear servo sclerosis elastic-plastic materials,coincided with the material of U75V etc. four kinds of steel for heavy rail .
