Fabric compressibility is very important in all RTM processes, and affects both the material and processing properties of the part.
Materials For the permeability tests conducted, an assortment of fabric architectures were tested.
The testing focused on thick materials that might be used on very large structures such as wind turbine blades.

The coefficient of adhesion on
the two surfaces is determined by the properties of the two materials.
(2) The minimum uncut chip thickness is found to increase with the tool edge radius and material hardness.
But the minimum value increases smoothly with the material hardness's increase.

Experiments
Experimental raw materials.
The pure chemical reagents, KAlSi3O8, Fe2O3, CaO and CaF2 were used as the raw materials to prepare the sinter mixture.
During the sintering process K-feldspar melts to form glassiness at lower temperature, in which other materials can be easily melted and absorbed, such as the reagents Fe2O3, CaO and CaF2.
So it easily melts to form glassiness, in which other materials can be melted and absorbed.
