In this paper, we shall discuss the effect of hydrogen dilution on the microstructure and quality of the intrinsic material, and cell performance.
At small hydrogen dilution RH 4 and 10, the samples are typical amorphous materials with no microcrystalline volume (Xc = 0).

However, the use of traditional bending patterns (moment bending) results in narrowing in bending zone, and for high-strength materials to greater bending radii, which degrades performance of profiles.
The research was carried out for materials AlMn, AlMg6, D16m, D16t from 0.8 to 3 mm in thickness, with rounding radius from 1 to 4 mm.
Functional relationship between springing angle and flange exceeding height for materials AlMg6, AlMn (S is the parent sheet thickness; r is the rounding radius; z is the gap between the punch and the die) The most uniform distribution of material over the part thickness is achievable for materials AlMn and D16.
Springing angles for these materials and minimal as compared with other materials.

This paper discusses the basic functional construction of an ELV dismantling system designed to maximize the reusability of parts and the recoverability of materials by dismantling ELVs rationally and efficiently.
The valuable parts are also dismantled for material recycling.
The shredded fragments are then sorted by a magnetic and air separation process to recover useful materials.
The ASR (Automobile Shredder Residue) generated during the shredding and sorting process is treated again to recover valuable materials and finally incinerated or land filled [3, 4, 5, 6].
Economic level of reuse of parts and recycling of materials is taken into consider during the dismantling process.
