Present study is helpful for analyzing the fatigue damage of engineering materials and
structures.
So fatigue and damage of composite should be paid more attention like other materials.
The material parameters c, s and n are taken as 2×10 -9, 3, 0.2 respectively in the present study.

Introduction
A wide variety of polymeric materials, either biodegradable or non-biodegradable but biocompatible
can be used as drug delivery matrices, and the choice of polymer is often dictated by the requirements
of the specific application[1].
Electrospinning had earned the interest of many fields over the past few years, due to it capability of preparing materials at a nano-meter scale in a simple and straightforward process [2].
Meanwhile, its terminal group was supposed to react with monomer with double- bond structure, such NVP to prepare functional materials.
UPM could not be electrospun directly because of a little molecular materials, so poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) was used to improve the spinning-ability of the UPM.

Thanks to these properties, materials with DP structure have become one of promising materials for spin-valve devices [4], novel magnetic recording media [5], and spin-polarized current source materials [6].
BaCo3, La2O3, Fe2O3, and MoO3 are used as starting materials.
All of these materials are milled and mixed with a small amount of alcohol.

This paper discusses the basic functional construction of an ELV dismantling system designed to maximize the reusability of parts and the recoverability of materials by dismantling ELVs rationally and efficiently.
The valuable parts are also dismantled for material recycling.
The shredded fragments are then sorted by a magnetic and air separation process to recover useful materials.
The ASR (Automobile Shredder Residue) generated during the shredding and sorting process is treated again to recover valuable materials and finally incinerated or land filled [3, 4, 5, 6].
Economic level of reuse of parts and recycling of materials is taken into consider during the dismantling process.

The intensity of fluorescence afterglow signal is determined by the sensitive material and the excitation light intensity of probe head [5].
The temperature variation curve of several fluorescent materials is shown in Figure 4.
A kind of material which is more sensitive in the range from room temperature to 100℃ is chosen to meet the requirements of this subject.
Fig. 4 The temperature variation curve of 5 different fluorescent materials 3 Design of wireless module 3.1 Design of the circuit system System is mainly composed by a MCU and SX1212.
