Then a 1DV model is established in this paper to simulate sediment transport and phosphate sorption kinetics process, results derived from the Oscillating grid turbulence experiments were computed by this model.

This result shows that the environmental influence of PPR, PE and PVC-U pipes mainly depends on the raw materials required for producing pipes, so the key of plastic pipeline greening is to reduce the consumption of virgin resin.
In the water supply pipeline materials for Chinese towns in 1985-2012, application proportion of plastic pipeline is shown in Table 2.

The article points out our country should establish the national economic system of energy conservation and the environmental protection,diversified energy supply system,energy reserve system includes of material object reserve, habitat reserve and technological strength.
Specifically, the energy technology reserve system must pass through the following ways: one is exploring potential not renewable energy through the exploration technology;Second is improving energy mining efficiency and material intermediate links efficiency (processing, storage and conversion);Third is improving energy utilization efficiency in the process of production; Fouth is vigorously promoting the development and utilization of renewable energy.
