However, along with the porosity becoming larger, Low-k material turns more fragile.
The major process of the planarization of copper interconnection layer, CMP, will destroy delicate Low-k material.

In this paper, the mechanical properties at 0°, 45° and 90° to the rolling direction of X80 pipeline steel is comparatively analyzed in grain size and grain boundary misorientation by SEM and EBSD.
2 Materials and methods
Experimental materials were taken from hot-rolled X80 pipeline steel, and its chemical composition is shown in Table 1.
According to Hall-petch law shows that[5],while the effective grain size of the material is smaller, the material strength is high.
