So, the recycling seems to be practical and valuable, and even contribute to resolving the current contradiction of supplying gap in China rare material resources [2].
According to the national guidelines, the recovery rate of scrapped auto has to achieve 95% and the reuse rate of scrapped materials has to exceed 85% in 2017 [3].
Its transfer efficiency can reach more than 90% if oxygen concentration is enough and the efficiency is relative high in environment materials.
