Bulk moulding compounds (BMCs) are composite materials of thermosetting polymer matrix reinforced by short glass fibers.
Introduction Bulk moulding compounds (BMCs) are composite materials that are made up of a pasty filled thermoset polymer matrix reinforced by entangled short glass fibers.
Cone colorimeter data (CONE) and LOI results showed that Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP) and silica are effective flame retardant materials for wood-fiber/PP composites.
The production is done by applying pressure of 10 MPa in 10 minutes at 150℃ to molds in which the raw materials are placed.

Machining performance consists to associate the optimal process and cutting parameters and maximum material removal rate with the most appropriate tool while controlling the machined surface state.
The sources of residual stress are widely varied and include plastic deformation of a material or volume changes of a material due to thermal gradients.
Additionally, the effect of stress and temperature on the material behaviour during loading may influence residual stresses [7].
For both tools was made an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using the software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).

Abstract.
Alloying with electron beam is a new technique to improve the material surface properties, we can use the method to alloying the surface of material by using different kinds of alloy, and it will improve the performance of material; and it also can chose the key area to alloying.
In normal sliding tests, there is a material to materials contact, followed by welding or fusing of the contacting asperities.
