It shall be noted that the process of impact of individual particles against the surface is also a subject of significant theoretical and experimental research works in allied sciences – impact damage of constructional materials [4, 5], determination of properties of constructional materials under dynamic loading [6] and technologies of dynamic pressure processing of materials [7].
These research works determined mechanical damages on contact surfaces and in the bulk of materials, the liquid drop impact was studied in sufficient detail theoretically as applied to the processes of material erosion and plastic yield during pressure processing.

The elastic-plastic constitutive relationship and the Drucker-prager yielding criterion are used to simulate the behaviour of non-linear geo- materials.
Introduction The certain methods of abutment pressure obtains the measurements of the doformation of tunnel, the measurements of load of hydraulic support[1], similar materials simulation[2], numerical simulation[3-4], elasitc simiplied calculation[5], et al.
Fig. 1 Finite element model used for numerical computations The choice of yield criterion The Drucker-Prager yielding criterion is used to simulate the behaviour of non-linear geo- materials.
The expression of yield criterion can be written as (1) The yielding surface is a hexagonal circumscribed cone of Mohr-coulomb yielding surface when the parameters of materials , is given, as shown in Fig. 2.

The prospects for using materials based on CNTs are wide and diverse owing to their unique properties which make them potentially useful for application in nanotechnology, electronics, optics and other materials science areas: for example, in conductive and high-strength composites [4-6], sensors, energy storage and conversion devices, semiconductor devices of nanometer scale [11], etc.

This process is applicable as a surface treatment for improving chemical resistivity of the soft materials.
In this paper, we demonstrate the SiO2 ALD on the soft materials of acrylic resin and polystyrene.
We also discuss the reaction mechanism of SiO2 deposition on the soft plastic materials.
