Abstract.
In the country, there are some examples such as the domestic automotive maintenance information database system [2] developed by Min Yang and her colleagues, which is used to provide maintenance information from automobile manufacturers to maintenance companies; The vehicle body welding fixture engineering database system [3] developed by Jing Zhao, which provides a reference for rapid design of high-quality automotive welding fixture; The automotive test information management and evaluation database system [4] developed by Liangjie Zhou, which manages the test data effectively and makes comprehensive evaluation of the corresponding data.

Wang et al found that sintered WO3 ceramics doped with Tb4O7 displayed improved nonlinear electrical characteristics at high temperature [12].Yang et al reported the breakdown voltage of the WO3 ceramic containing 2 mol% CeO2 is 3.1V/mm, which is very low for varistor materials indicating that WO3 is more suitable for low voltage varistor [13].Therefore, it is possible to improve the electrical properties of sintered WO3 ceramics by doping a suitable rare earth oxide.
